At MM Lalande Law Professional Corporation, I am committed to providing compassionate, personalized, and high-quality legal services to individuals across NOTL, the greater Niagara region, and beyond.
As a sole practitioner, my mission is to make legal services approachable and accessible, treating each client with the utmost respect, dignity, and empathy. And while I take my work very seriously, I also believe in making the process as enjoyable as possible (because when it comes to solving legal problems, a little humour goes a long way)!
I am also proud to offer services in English, French, and Spanish. I speak these three languages fluently, and I also have working proficiency in Italian.

I offer comprehensive estate planning services, such as creating a Will and Powers of Attorney for individuals, couples, and families. I can also assist with other estate planning documents as needed, such as Secondary Wills and Henson trusts.

I provide Independent Legal Advice (ILA) in certain areas of Wills & Estates unrelated to litigation. For example, I can review your current estate planning documents, or provide ILA for beneficiary releases and executor appointments.

As commissioner, I administer oaths and take affidavits, declarations, and affirmations. As a notary public, I also witness, certify, and attest to the execution of documents, as well as certify and attest documents to be true copies of an original.
