If you're wondering if my firm is the right fit for you, I offer a free 15-minute consult to help you take the first step. This conversation is designed to give you a chance to share your situation and see how I may be able to help. Please note: this is an information session only, no legal advice provided.

 I provide non-litigation family law services in the form of collaborative practice. This means that I assist with separating from your partner outside of the courtroom and with a team of other professionals to achieve a peaceful resolution. Please see "Collaborative Practice" for more info.

If you are at the tail-end of your divorce and a separation agreement has already been signed, or if you and your spouse agree on all key issues and just need help navigating legal steps, I can guide you through filing for divorce. 

 I offer comprehensive estate planning services, such as creating a Will and Powers of Attorney for individuals, couples, and families. I can also assist with other estate planning documents as needed, such as secondary wills and Henson trusts. 

 I provide guidance and assistance with probate, estate administration, and asset distribution. I can help as much or as little as needed, whether that's just assisting with probate or the entire estate administration process.

A notary public can witness document signing and administer oaths and declarations. Therefore, I can witness, certify, and attest to the execution of a document, as well as certify and attest documents to be true copies of an original.
