 I provide non-litigation family law services in the form of collaborative practice. This means that I assist with separating from your partner outside of the courtroom with a team of other professionals to achieve a peaceful resolution. Please see the tab "Collaborative Practice" for more info.

I provide legal services for residential real estate sales, supporting clients through the sale process from the Agreement of Purchase & Sale (APS) to closing.

I provide legal assistance with residential title transfers, including adding or removing a spouse or family member on title and changing the manner in which property ownership is held. 

 I offer comprehensive estate planning services, such as creating a Will and Powers of Attorney (POAs) for individuals, couples, and families. I can also assist with other estate planning documents as needed, such as Secondary Wills and Henson trusts. 

 I provide guidance and assistance with probate, estate accounting, and asset distribution. I can help as much or as little as needed, whether that's just assisting with probate or multiple steps throughout the estate administration process.

I offer assistance with straightforward, estate-related title transfers of real property following a death, including survivorship applications and transmissions from a deceased owner to estate trustees (executors). 

I provide Independent Legal Advice (ILA) in certain areas of Wills & Estates unrelated to litigation. For example, I can review your current estate planning documents, or provide ILA for beneficiary releases and executor appointments.

As commissioner, I administer oaths and take affidavits, declarations, and affirmations. As a notary public, I also witness, certify, and attest to the execution of documents, as well as certify and attest documents to be true copies of an original.
